RANDY PRYOR

Randy Pryor was born and raised in Woodbine, Iowa. In addition to being involved in farming since graduating high school, Randy has also been working as an auctioneer since that time. When it comes to auctions, Randy has done it all, including running a livestock auction for 15 years, operating a consignment farm machinery auction for 20 years and working as a free lance auctioneer across the entire Midwest.

 

In 1980, Randy obtained his real estate sales license and began as a sales agent with Swain Realty. He eventually became the broker-owner of Swain Realty in 1999.  In 2010, the name of the company was changed to Randy Pryor Real Estate and Auction Company.

 

Each year, Randy sells many acres of farm land at public auction as well as many residential properties and acreages.
